SYRUS is a boutique consulting firm that exists to help clients accelerate the achievement of their business goals. The obligation is one of results, and it is up to us to find the right means to get there: from business strategy to communication strategy, from internal communication to financial communication, from crisis management to brand management, media relations, employer branding and public affairs, to name a few.

Our belief: It takes a good reputation to do good business.
It is often said that a reputation takes years to build and seconds to destroy. At SYRUS, we firmly believe that proactive reputation management is not only a sound business practice, but also a powerful engine of growth.

SYRUS, it starts from the heart.
We are, first and foremost, authentic, committed and passionate people. Who like to help each other. Who work as a team. For whom colleagues become a tribe. Value number 1: Kindness.

SYRUS, it starts from the heart. But it also takes a good head.
We work on complex issues in industries as varied as technology, natural resources, retail, economic development, financial services, education, healthcare, and lark. Our customers call on us when things get complicated. We rack our brains to find solutions to their challenges and realize their opportunities. Value number 2: Performance.

SYRUS, it starts from the heart. But it also takes a good head. And guts.
That of doing things differently. Not to recycle old recipes. To say out loud what others would think out loud. To give us the means to achieve our ambitions. We are people of principle. Value number 3: Courage.

Why SYRUS?
Firstly because the mission and values speak to you. But also :

  • Because you like getting out of your comfort zone, major challenges, growing businesses, the world of consulting, non-hierarchical businesses.
  • Because your professional development is important to you and knowing that SYRUS cares about it just as much is valuable to you. Think mentoring, coaching, development plan.
