Your mission within the Montreal agency will consist of being the preferred interface between the agency’s clients and the different teams (strategists / creation / digital / social media / media).

In particular, you will need to:

• Ensure first contact during kick-off meetings.
• Advise and support throughout the project.
• Write simple recommendation notes.
• Manage planning and distribution of tasks.
• Manage priorities and unforeseen events efficiently and dynamically.
• Control quality and test development team deliveries.

SKILLS:

• You know how to work in multicultural environments and speak/write English perfectly.
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in a communications agency or in a marketing team.
• You are precise and rigorous and you are able to adapt quickly while respecting delivery deadlines.
• You provide advice to your clients and at key moments of the projects on which you are involved.

You like working in a team and have very good interpersonal skills.
