“He peed on himself every day at school”

The inspector, the town hall, the school psychologist and the director of the establishment are then informed and the anti-harassment protocol is triggered: the harassers no longer have the right to come into contact with their victim. , and “the teacher welcomes Gabriel every morning in front of the school.” However, the child is traumatized. “He would pee on himself at night and every day at school. He would bite his hand because he could no longer stand being in the playground with the children in question,” recalls Audrey.

However, the latter is refused the possibility of changing Gabriel's class or school. It was thanks to the intervention of the Association for the Fight against Harassment and Mistreatment (ALCHM) that the situation was resolved and the young boy returned to a new establishment last September. “Gabriel has found a smile again and no longer wets the bed,” rejoices Audrey. The parents do not currently plan to file a complaint. They say they are “discouraged” by the steps and the numerous letters they have already sent.
