LWednesday rhymes with cinema releases. This Wednesday, November 6, among the new films on display, is the latest from Haute-Savoie director Gilles Perret. Less than a year after the release of the documentary film “La Ferme des Bertrand”, a popular success filmed on the farm next to his home, in the hamlet of Quincy (Mieussy), Gilles Perret reunites with his friend, the deputy for the Somme François Ruffin, for a documentary comedy which raises the question of the reintegration of the rich. Or how, following a heated debate on with MP Ruffin, media lawyer Sarah Saldmann finds herself propelled into the daily lives of minimum wage workers. A challenge by François Ruffin to live “one, two months” on the equivalent of a minimum wage, after Sarah Saldmann launched yet another verbal attack against those she describes as “glandus, assisted”.
