In Côte-d'Or, a vehicle that broke down on the emergency lane of the A38 motorway was hit by a truck. A man was slightly injured in the accident.
Tuesday, November 5 in the morning, the A38 motorway was the scene of an impressive accident involving a heavy goods vehicle and a van. The collision occurred around 8 a.m. near the town of Fleurey-sur-Ouche in Côte-d'Or, reports The Public Good.
Broken down, the van was on the emergency lane. The truck driver was unable to avoid her and hit her head-on from behind. Under the violence of the impact, the van crashed into the guardrail, details France Blue Burgundy.
A slight injury
The heavy goods vehicle tore down the barrier along the highway before stopping on a neighboring road, departmental 905. Luckily, it did not hit any vehicle. Although impressive, the accident did not cause serious injuries. Slightly injured, a man was taken to hospital.
The damaged vehicles were then evacuated. And the slides have been repaired. So many interventions which disrupted traffic.
