Each stop of the flame will be marked by a ceremony dedicated to veterans. In Chamonix, in the Arve valley, and in the villages of Aravis, residents will be able to attend these moments of contemplation. Ceremonies which will continue until the arrival of the flame in Annecy, for a final tribute to the soldiers who fell for France on November 11 on the Place du Souvenir. A departmental ceremony, which should be attended by local authorities and representatives of the army. It will also be an opportunity for the inhabitants of Haute-Savoie to gather around this flame and become aware of the importance of collective memory.
