After seven days of social conflict against the backdrop of compulsory annual negotiations, including five working days of strike, the CFDT and FO signed a salary agreement with the management of Heuliez Bus this Monday, November 4, 2024.

The movement was launched last Monday October 28 by FO, since joined by the CFDT. Staff representatives then demanded a general salary increase of 3.2%. At the height of the strike, 130 to 140 people walked out according to a union source, who acknowledges that this figure was halved on Monday, November 4.

Towards bonuses linked to employee efforts

After a final meeting, this Monday, November 4, at the bus manufacturer's Rorthais site, the two unions decided to sign management's offer of a general salary increase of 2.4% and individual increases. by 0.2%. “Management is also committed to negotiating an agreement on bonuses linked to employee efforts in 2024”explains a union representative.

“To remove the buses, employees agreed in 2024 on a voluntary basis to overtime, to work on Saturdays, staggered hours and 2 x 8 shifts. Some of these measures were provided for by company agreements but not all . These negotiations must be concluded before the end of November but we have warned management that these bonuses must not be ridiculous. »
