His DNA was found at the scene of the crime.

For the defense lawyers, the gendarmes relied a little too much on the first case in their way of presenting things. One speaks of “shortcuts”, the other of “ease”. “They already have a ten-year ban on residence, isn’t it better that a conditional release for expulsion comes as soon as possible? », suggests Me Patrice Gonnord.
