A 15-year-old girl, of Ukrainian nationality, was kidnapped and raped by a 27-year-old Tunisian under OQTF this Friday in Meaux, in Seine-et-Marne. The alleged attacker was quickly arrested and taken into custody. He is already known to the police.

Absolute horror in Seine-et-Marne. According to information from Sunday Newspaper, which Europe 1 is able to confirm, a 15-year-old Ukrainian girl was kidnapped in the city center of Meaux before being raped at her attacker’s home. The suspect is a Tunisian subject to an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF).

The young girl was returning from high school and was heading towards a park when she was approached by this 27-year-old man, who grabbed her and took her to his house, making sure to put his hand over her mouth to prevent her from shout. Once in the apartment, the victim is held down by force and raped.

The suspect has 15 criminal records

While the suspect was taking a shower, the teenager managed to escape and took her attacker’s passport with her. Stuck in the lobby of the building, she is freed by a passer-by who, seeing her in distress, breaks the glass door. She then took refuge in a restaurant where witnesses were able to contact the police and firefighters. The alleged perpetrator was arrested shortly after the incident, thanks in particular to video surveillance images, and placed in police custody.

The man is already known to the police because he is in an irregular situation on French territory and has 15 mentions on his criminal record.
