Seine-et-: a dog rescued in an underground car park

The police intervened on October 21 in the basement of a building in northern Seine-et-. An animal protection activist discovered a Malinois locked in an abandoned car. The animal had no water or food and only breathed through a barely ajar window. Two animal protection associations assisted the police during their intervention. The dog was removed from the wrecked vehicle and given to a temporary foster family.
