The village of Couvet is preparing to celebrate a tradition dating back more than three centuries this Friday, October 25 with the unmissable autumn fair. Awarded in 1711 by the King of Prussia, this biannual fair, which takes place each year on the last Fridays of May and October, is a key event for the inhabitants of Val-de-Travers and visitors from elsewhere. .

From the morning, the Grand-Rue and the Place des Collèges will be the heart of the event. Stands, activities and meetings promise a day dedicated to conviviality and discovery. From local businesses to artisans, everyone will have the opportunity to share know-how or a specialty.

Due to the event, traffic will be diverted, and the main access to Creux-du-Van as well as to the Couvet station area will have to be via Môtiers. Whether you are a lover of local products, curious about traditions or simply looking for a warm atmosphere, the Couvet fair is an event not to be missed.
