And who says public holiday on Friday, said possibility of going for a good three-day weekendbefore returning to two months of intense work before Christmas. But it is above all for its gastronomic restaurant that the establishment interests us today: masterfully managed by chef Franck Pujol, it will offer you a whole variety of fairly high-end dishes, with shoulder lamb confit for twelve hours or langoustines roasted with buckwheat. Enough to fill your stomach with very fine dishes, between two walks in this area which is one of the most beautiful landscapes in France, all while being surrounded by greenery as soon as you wake up!
