She will be a reminder of her visit to the department in exactly one month, on June 23.

The Olympic Flame will leave from Evian, before joining Héry-sur-Alby, then Annemasse, the Plateau des Glières, Cluses, Excenevex and will end its journey in Chamonix. For all these stages, it will pass through several emblematic places in each municipality. Note that many activities are planned in parallel, such as sports demonstrations or walks.

Haute-Savoie is proud to welcome the Olympic Flame!

Thanks to the will of its President, Martial Saddier, and the departmental advisors, Haute-Savoie is preparing to host the Torch Relay on the occasion of Olympic Day on June 23. With the mobilization of different territories, this event, free and open to all, will mark the history of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The Haute-Savoie Departmental Council is proud to unveil the route of the Olympic Torch Relay in the towns it passes through:

– Évian-les-Bains:

Route from 8:45 a.m. to 10 a.m.: departure from Source Cachat, avenue de la Neuvecelle, avenue Jean Léger, rue Jean Monnet, Guai Baron de Blonay, rue du Lac, avenue de la Gare, avenue des Vallées, avenue de Larringes, route du Golf (Collective Relay by the Federation Française de Golf), route de Bissinges, arrival at the beach at Dollfus Park.

The animations : Entertainment all along the route taken by the Olympic Flame At Dollfus Park: Entertainment and sports demonstrations organized by the City, the Department and sports clubs.
Hours: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

– Héry-sur-Alby:

Route from 10:20 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.: departure from the L’Hérydan Medical Home, chemin des Écoliers, route des Bauges, route d’Héry, arrival at the Cultural and Sports Center / René Long College in Alby-sur-Chéran.

The animations : Entertainment all along the route taken by the Olympic Flame At the cultural and sports center of Alby-sur-Chéran: Activities and initiations for all ages and inclusive organized by the City, the Department and local associations (handisport activities, “Dance games” by middle school students and nursery school children, “batucada” workshop, concerts, etc.).
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

– Annemasse:

Route from 12:05 p.m. to 1:05 p.m.: departure from Parvis de la Gare, rue du Docteur Françis Baud, avenue Florissant, rue de Romagny, rue des Glières, avenue Alsace-Lorraine, rue du Stade Albert Baud, avenue de Verdun, route de Bonneville, avenue Jules Ferry, arrival on the Liberation Square.

The animations : Entertainment all along the route taken by the Olympic Flame and stroll of the great sports parade along Avenue Jules Ferry
On the Place de la Libération: Concert of Olympic anthems, initiations and sports shows organized by the City, the Department and local associations (trampoline, breakdancing, climbing, footfreestyle and 3×3 basketball, etc.).
Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

– Glières plateau:

Route from 2:40 p.m. to 3 p.m.: departure from the National Monument to the Resistance, route des Glières and arrival at the Mémoire du Maquis area.

The animations : At the Route des Glières: “Nature” activities offered by the Syndicat Mixte des Glières for families, Historical and cultural mediations offered by the Department. Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

– Cluses:

Route from 3:55 p.m. to 4:55 p.m.: departure from Parvis des Esserts, avenue André Gaillard, avenue Georges Clémenceau, avenue de la Sardagne, avenue du Dr Jacques Arnaud, rue et Collège Geneviève Anthonioz-De Gaulle, avenue Georges Clémenceau, avenue Paul Béchet, avenue de Margencel, avenue Charles Poncet, rue Emile Chautemps, avenue du Dr Jacques Arnaux, avenue de la Libération, arrival at the Town Hall place Charles de Gaulle.

The animations : Entertainment all along the route taken by the Olympic Flame On Place Charles de Gaulle: festive atmosphere, entertainment, demonstrations and initiations, organized by the City, the Department and sports clubs.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

– Excenevex:

Route from 6:05 p.m. to 6:25 p.m.: departure from Débarcadère beach, rowing relay on Lake Geneva and arrival at Excenevex beach (the only natural fine sand beach in Lake Geneva).

The animations : Sporting discoveries for 3 days, from June 20 to 23, 2024, as part of the “XNV Beach Games” event. On the beach: activities and sports initiations, stands and demonstrations, family show labeled “Terre de Jeux” organized by the City, the Department, the Destination Léman Tourist Office, sports clubs and partners.
Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

– Chamonix:

Route from 6:40 p.m. to 7:20 p.m.: departure from Gare du Montenvers, place de la Gare, avenue Michel Croz, rue de la Tour, rue du Lyret, avenue de l’Aiguille du Midi, rue du Dr Paccard, place Balmat, rue Joseph Vallot, avenue du Mont-Blanc , promenade du Fori, avenue de la Plage, Chamonix Olympic Stadium, avenue de la Plage, route du Bouchet, arrival at Place du Mont-Blanc.

The animations : Entertainment all along the route taken by the Olympic Flame On the celebration site, Place du Mont-Blanc: guard of honor and Olympic cauldron, demonstrations and stands from Torch Relay partners, entertainment organized by the City and the Department .
