We’ve been waiting for it, it’s making its return: the Salon du chocolat takes place at the Porte de Versailles in Paris, from October 30 and until November 3, 2024. Parade of chocolate dresses, sculptures, tastings and demonstrations… It there will be something for everyone.
This is news that should make more than one person salivate. The Chocolate Show is once again taking up residence in the capital, from October 30 to November 3, 2024. This new edition will have the theme “Chocolate over time”, and promises to delight your taste buds.
30 years of the chocolate dress parade
Established for almost 30 years, the chocolate dress parade is a must-see at the show. He will, of course, be there again. A B to B Village will also allow the public to discover the technological and material innovations of the sector. The show will allow professionals to meet and discuss. Cocoa producers, pastry chefs, ice cream makers, confectioners… All will be present. It will also be possible to discover the know-how of forty countries and their different cocoas, through 250 exhibitors.
Saudi Arabia in the spotlight
Among the highlights of the Show, meetings with renowned chefs, but also competitions such as the National French Pastry Chocolate Trophy. The best craftsmen in the world will be present for five days at the show, including Saudi Arabia, as the Country of Honor. For the occasion, a chocolate piece designed by Budour Al Aqidi, Saudi designer, and Jean-Luc Decluzeau, master chocolatier, will be presented.
For this new edition, the Salon du chocolat expects around 90,000 visitors.
