Lhe young Ambillian chef Danny Khezzar, finalist of Top Chef, is back in Haute-Savoie.

He will arrive in on Tuesday October 22 to chair the final phase of the Couteau & Fourquet competition, the first French food and beer pairing championship. The principle of this competition, initiated by the Les 3 Brasseurs network of breweries? Highlight culinary creativity and the passion for traditional hand brewing.

In September, throughout , “chef-brewer” duos attempted to create the best taste combination between a beer and a dish. And as in any competition, finalists are needed: six have been chosen for a final final phase which will take place this month of October.

The 3 Brasseurs d’Annecy establishment finalist

The 3 Brasseurs d’Annecy establishment, located at Nouvelles Galeries, is one of the finalists. On October 22, they will create a new food-beer pairing that chef Danny Khezzar, president of the Couteau & Fourquet competition, will taste and evaluate.
