GASTRONOMIC REVIEW – At the markets, it’s a good time for the stalls to double as small counters. At the very fashionable Grande Épicerie de , a few days ago, twenty-four place settings have just been installed in the backs of the whelks.

It’s Friday, it’s fish! And without further reason but like in the song, wonder if, mom, do the little restaurants that go on the water have wings? In the poor splash of the Seine and once the century, a mayor can dive in an Olympic wetsuit, we must recognize that today it frankly no longer flies very high when it comes, at the table, to reconcile the wave and the city. On the avenues, the boulevards, the suburbs, the restaurants, the waves never stop disappearing.

Surely the new generations have less of a taste for it, that allergies rub against it like bites while the qualities of peaches become feverish and their prices now jam unruly bones. The sushi is very boutique, the fish very chip, the seas very air-conditioned. Not much, not a big spot to fish and, therefore, no surprise to find yourself having lunch in the fish section. At the markets, a good time as the stalls…
