The Senegal team carried out its first training session in Lilongwe this Sunday, as a prelude to the return match against Malawi, reports the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF).

“The Lions of Senegal who must face Malawi next Tuesday (1 p.m. GMT) for the fourth day of the CAN Morocco 2025 qualifiers carried out their first training session this Sunday evening at the Bingu national stadium in Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi”, underlines the FSF in a press release.

A 90-minute session, focused on muscle awakening…

“The Senegal team which arrived early this morning in Lilongwe, well before their opponent Malawi, was able to recover before heading to the training ground at 5:00 p.m.

A training session which lasted 90 minutes and which focused on muscular awakening and passing circuits, under the supervision of Coach Thiaw and his staff.

The official training session will be held this Monday at 3:00 p.m., at the Bingu nationale stadium. It will be preceded by the press conference of Coach Pape Thiaw and a major player, informs the body.
