In response to the alert bulletin issued by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the Regional Vigilance Committee of Ouarzazate has decided to suspend, from tomorrow Monday, classes in all schools in rural areas, as part of the measures precautionary measures aimed at ensuring the safety of educational staff and students.
The regional director of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports in Ouarzazate received instructions to implement these measures, with the need to take all necessary measures to guarantee the safety of all. The regional management of Tinghir announced the suspension of classes only in schools located in mountainous areas, due to the expected climatic conditions. These areas must record high harvests, thus requiring preventive measures to ensure safety
