Opened for acts of violence with a weapon, the investigation entrusted by the public prosecutor’s office to the departmental judicial police service of Seine-Saint-Denis led on the night of October 11 to 12, to the placement in pre-trial detention of a young woman. minor girl. A man was also imprisoned, pending the deferred adversarial debate he requested.

This progress in the investigations follows the arrest and custody of three suspects, carried out at the beginning of the week by the PJ police officers, targeting two men and a minor. One of the three people was exonerated.

“An unacceptable attack” according to FO Justice

The other two were referred and presented on October 11 before an investigating judge. The adult was indicted for a series of charges including those of violence resulting in incapacity for work not exceeding 8 days against a prison administration officer with a weapon, premeditation and several repeat offenders.

This man is also being prosecuted for participation in a criminal association with a view to preparing an offense punishable by 10 years of imprisonment for repeat offenses. The young girl was, among other things, indicted for complicity, also for participation in a criminal association and driving without a license.

On September 26, three masked attackers forced their way into the apartment of the 41-year-old victim around 10:30 p.m., before drawing a handgun. The partner present during the beatings and threats was not hit but came away shocked. According to the FO Justice union, which denounced at the time “an unacceptable attack”, it was the discovery of mobile phones during recent searches in the isolation unit at the Paris-La Santé penitentiary center which triggered this violence at home. .
