Jules, our beloved piggy bank pig responsible for receiving your donations for the Thune du Cœur wants to change his look. He is therefore looking for artists who would like to paint his portrait, regardless of the style. And he thought of you!

The end-of-year charity operation of the “Tribune de Genève” is renewed. Details of this moult will reach you during the month of November. As a reminder, La Thune du Cœur is an annual donation drive organized by your favorite daily newspaper in favor of several associations active in the Geneva social fabric.

While waiting for the launch of the 2024 edition, Jules whispered some ideas to the editorial journalists. Although he appreciates his somewhat scoundrel appearance, he would like to bring himself up to date.

Place for artists

Are you a fan of pottery in your spare time? Are you a teacher and dream of offering an original craft to your students? So send us your best piggy bank creations for the new edition of Thune du Cœur!

The prettiest models will be entitled to their portrait in the newspaper. And if you feel like it, you can even slip in a small coin or two before sending them to us.

Does the idea of refreshing Jules’ image tempt you? So please come and drop off your piggy banks at the reception of the “Tribune de Genève”, at 11, rue des Rois, until November 22.
