The City of Quebec indicates that work on the underground networks will result in a temporary closure of Boulevard Louis-XIV, between Boulevards Pierre-Bertrand and des Gradins, in the Neufchâtel Est–Lebourgneuf district.
This work is required as part of the connection of a new service and the decommissioning of two existing infrastructures. They will be carried out in phases and will extend over a little more than two weeks, indicated the City of Quebec.
In order to accelerate the progress of the construction site and minimize the duration of traffic disruptions, work outside usual working hours will be added to regular interventions, added the City of Quebec.
Traffic changes
Throughout the duration of the work, restrictions on automobile traffic will be in effect on Boulevard Louis-XIV. Alternative routes will be offered.
