The van was carrying two vats of chemicals used to insulate buildings.

The two occupants of the vehicle were treated by emergency services. The passenger, a 32-year-old man, was able to escape from the passenger compartment before the firefighters arrived. The driver, a 36-year-old man, had to be extricated. It is considered to be in “absolute emergency”.

The two victims were transported to the hospital center.
