The Travel Agent Next Door wrapped up its annual fall tours last week, concluding events in 16 cities across Canada, as well as with several key suppliers. TTAND executives Flemming Friisdahl, CEO, Jeff Element, COO, and Christine Ufniak, Chief Marketing Officer, welcomed TTAND Advisor Partners.
The shows took place in Halifax, Moncton, Montreal – and Ontario: Ottawa, Chatham, London, Oakville, Barrie, North Toronto and Toronto. In Western Canada, shows were held in Winnipeg, Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton, Vancouver and Victoria.
Partner Advisors learned about various new proprietary technology tools that TTAND has developed to make their work easier. Christine Ufniak held a session on the importance of managing a client database while Jeff Element spoke on cybersecurity and the importance of two-factor authentication. Advisors were informed of the upcoming staff meeting in Dubai, where the TTAND teams from Canada and India will meet this fall. TTAND Vendors Also Participated in Roadshows Several vendors joined TTAND executives on the road, showcasing their products to partner advisors. The following suppliers participated this year: Norwegian Cruise Line, Insight Vacations, Playa Hotels & Resorts, Expedia TAAP, Adventure Canada.
