In Baud, Friday October 4, at the Yves Le Roy village hall, in Scaouët, the launch of the 2024 Telethon of the Morbihan Ouest coordination took place in the presence of the mayor, Pascale Gillet, Nicole Le Peih, deputy of the 3rd constituency of Morbihan, Nolwenn Le Floch, national director of Telethon collection and development, Xavier Le Bacon, of the Telethon delegation.
Communicate, heal, help
“The Telethon is about communicating, healing, helping! We wanted to honor the organizers and partners for their generosity, their commitment and their loyalty to this magnificent event which will take place on November 29 and 30. This year, this charity event, sponsored by the artist Mika, will have the theme “All builders”,” announces manager Véronique Renaud.
The new 2024 products presented
As a preamble, the employment contracts were signed, the equipment and communication supports were distributed for the events, in particular banners and posters. 75 people then attended the plenary general meeting, during which the 2023 results, and new features for 2024, were presented. Then the Pluvignoises Estelle and Audrey, Lynn’s mothers, gave their testimony. “At 2 and a half years old, their little daughter benefited from gene therapy and is now cured,” confides Véronique Renaud.
A belote tournament for the benefit of the Telethon
“The third edition of our belote tournament in support of the Telethon will take place on Friday, November 22, at 7 p.m., at the Scaouët room. We hope to welcome a good number of participants wishing to have a good evening. No need to worry about your picnic, there will be everything there! », Enthuses Magali Nivoix, responsible for the Baldivian Telethon.
