A Government Council will be held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch, said a press release from his department on Monday.
At the start of its work, the Council will receive a presentation from the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, Abdellatif Miraoui around the start of the 2024-2025 university year.
Subsequently, the Council will examine four draft decrees, the first concerns the modalities of organization and maintenance of the register of real estate companies, while the second sets the modalities of organization and maintenance of the national register of powers of attorney linked to real rights and the national electronic register of powers of attorney, the press release said.
As for the 3rd draft decree, it concerns the internal control of ministerial departments, while the last text concerns the regional development and management plan for continental fishing and aquaculture, adds the same source.
The Council will continue its work by examining an agreement in the form of an exchange of notes between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Kingdom of Spain amending the agreement in the form of an exchange of notes of March 8, 2004 on reciprocal recognition and exchange of national driving licenses, signed in Madrid on February 29 and March 6, 2004, as well as a draft law approving the aforementioned agreement.
The government will hold, at the end of the council’s work, a meeting dedicated to the examination of certain proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution, according to the same source.
