As part of Pink October, an operation which aims to raise awareness among women about breast cancer screening, numerous actions will take place over the coming weeks in Denaisis.

Actions for the Aubépine association
The Synlab Oxabio laboratories (Douchy-les-Mines, Cambrai for those closest to you) organize actions for the benefit of the Aubépine association based in Cambrai within the Sainte Marie clinic and which provides listening, help and support to people with cancer . During the month of October, laboratory patients will be offered pink shopping cart tokens for 2 euros donated to the association. In addition to an internal sporting challenge, Synlab Oxabio will also raise awareness among women about screening via fun videos on its social networks.
Four events in Douchy-les-Mines
In Douchy, last year, 1,205 euros were collected. Four events are organized during the first half of October: a burlesque theater play on ecology on Friday October 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Jean Renoir room (5 euros); entertainment on Saturday October 5 in the morning on the market; a walk against cancer in pink outfits on Sunday October 6 at 9:30 a.m. from Maingoval Park (3 euros) and a friendly meal (hello) at the Agora social center on Thursday October 10 from 11:30 a.m. (10 euros by reservation, 100 places) followed a screening of the documentary “Ré-mission 2 vie” and a debate. All profits will be donated to the Emera association (listening and support for patients and their loved ones).
A hike in Bouchain
The 5e edition will take place on Saturday October 5 at 9 a.m. from Place Timothée Trimm. Four circuits (5, 9, 13 and 20 km) are offered. Information stands (Emera, Atout Cœur and Ligue contre le cancer) will be present. A snack will be offered when walkers return.
Color Run in Lieu-Saint-Amand
The USEP is organizing the first Color Run in Lieu-Saint-Amand on Saturday October 5 from 9 a.m. at the town stadium. 5 km course walking or running. March to Abscon
