The town and its associations will offer numerous activities throughout the month of October.
Following the opening of the second supportive care home ”Rose et Olivier” in Générac by the Roses du Gard association, the town has decided to organize a Rose day on Saturday October 19. In partnership with the associative and economic fabric of Générac, different events or actions will also be offered throughout this month of Pink October. All profits from these actions will be donated in full to the Roses du Gard association.
Find below the detailed program for Rose Day on October 19:
9h00 & 10h00 : 2 pilates classes of 45 minutes presented by the “Générac Gym” association. At the Léopold Delmas socio-cultural center: Participation of 5 euros
9h30 : Hiking (5.5 km). Registration from 8:30 a.m. at the Château Participation of 5 euros (free for children).
11:00 a.m. : Representation of Flamenco Sevillian Rumba by the “Baile de Zurcos” association / Zumba demonstration by the “À Everyone Son IsaGym” association
12h30 : Meals – Giant paella (reservation required). Complete meal for an adult (over 12 years old) with gifts for €16. Complete meal for a child (under 12 years old) + gift for €9. Place des Racanels
14h00 : Pétanque tournament at the scrum By the association “Racing Club de Générac”, Registration on site (participation of 5 euros per person). Avenue Yves Bessodes
14h00 : Throwing competition By the “MGUN BASKET BALL” association, participation of 2 euros. A prize will be awarded to the top three. Arenas
For children, donkey rides will be organized by the Asinerie “Cap âne” and inflatable games will be made available by Coco Land.
Every Sunday in October, activities are also planned to complete the program. This is how a cutting workshop will take place on Sunday 6, a concert on Sunday 13, a lottery on Sunday 20 and pilates sessions on Sunday 27.
