The desire of the Delegation and the Youth Service, led by municipal councilor Anne-Lise Ballyet, is to “promote the youth who bring this street culture to life, while introducing it to as many people as possible through varied and original activities (live painting, exhibitions, introductory workshops, performances, concerts, etc.)” explains the City of Pontarlier in its press release.

The objective of the festival is to enable the discovery of urban art, artists, associations and even local structures. But also to raise public awareness of the activist culture of urban art and to introduce it with various workshops: graffiti, expo, customization, urban dance, stencils, urban sport, posca on concrete block…Various concerts and musical events, association and prevention stands will also be on the program for this first edition.

The activities will take place between May 22 and 25 in various locations, culminating on May 25 with the large community village and concerts from 3 p.m. at Parc des Ouillons.
