The director of Vaud Promotion Florence Renggli resigns. The steering committee of the Vaud promotion body announced this on Friday in a press release. In place since March 2022, she had been criticized in particular for her harsh management style.
“The Steering Committee has noted with regret the announcement of the departure of Florence Renggli (…) An ad interim management will be appointed very soon to manage this transitional phase,” it indicates in a press release. He specifies having been informed “of Ms. Renggli’s desire to put an end to her contractual relations with Vaud Promotion” on October 1.
Following criticism, an investigation commissioned by the State of Vaud and the Vaud Promotion steering committee into the working climate within the canton’s promotion body concluded that it was a “healthy, non-toxic and free environment. proven cases of mobbing or harassment. But it made recommendations linked to a “brittle” management style, the stress felt and better organization of work.
