This free geolocated application offers young people aged 15 to 18 a list of cultural and artistic activities and digital offers. Enough to easily find concert tickets, dance or theater classes as well as books or instruments… According to the latest government figures, the Culture pass covers just 99.9% of Yvelin residents over 18 years old . At 15, young people receive an individual credit of 20 euros. It increases to 30 euros at 16 and 17 years old. At the majority, beneficiaries have 300 euros, usable for 24 months (with a ceiling of 100 euros set for booking digital offers).
