Dynamips strengthens its presence in Maine et Loire by purchasing Angevin UpLink

The Dynamips Group announces the acquisition of the Angevin IT service provider UpLink. A company of 10 people, UpLink achieves €1.6 million in annual turnover with a portfolio of around 250 local clients. Its credo: the sale of infrastructure solutions (servers, networks) and workstations, which it ensures are maintained in operational condition via outsourcing contracts – an activity which represents nearly 40% of its billings.

This operation allows Dynamips to consolidate its leading position in the SME segment of 20 to 50 employees in the Maine-et- department by increasing its workforce to around fifty employees and increasing its turnover by 20%. . As for Eric Brossardthe president and founder of UpLink, initially not a seller, he showed itself to be sensitive to the opportunities that this merger offered to its customers and employees.

Hosted for five years in the same building, Dynamips and UpLink will not have to make major convergence efforts, the two companies addressing the same type of customers, with a catalog of almost identical solutions and brands. UpLink is a partner of HP, HPE, Microsoft, Dell, Ruckus, all brands carried by Dynamips. The only new expertise for Dynamips: Apple, which UpLink has developed for its clients in the communication and medical professions.

Dynamips, which is committed to retaining UpLink employees and preserving the special bond they have with customers, is signing its fifth external growth operation in 10 years. It is expected that this is the current boss of Dynamips , Pascal Fortin, who takes over the general management of UpLink after a three-month period of support from Eric Brossard.

Ultimately, Dynamips is expected to merge legal structures and teams, as it did in 2023 with the group’s other legal entities. Dynamips, which now has a turnover of €24.5 million for a workforce of 185 employees spread across 5 agencies (Saint-Herblain, La Roche-sur-Yon, Angers, Mayenne and Pacé), still declares itself to listens to new external growth opportunities to accelerate its development.
