Installed at the head of the special Matoto delegation a few weeks ago Moussa Diallo displays his ambitions for his commune, where sanitation occupies a special place.

On the occasion of Civic Sanitation Day this Saturday, May 4, 2024, he promises to make his jurisdiction clean through raising awareness and subscribing households to pre-collection SMEs.

“We want Matoto to be a very clean municipality, one that other municipalities will follow as an example. There are enough things to correct, so we have to get to work. We are here to set an example for citizens. Tell them that we don’t throw garbage in the street. Sanitation takes first place in my town. Human beings are not made to live in dirt. It is up to the citizens of the municipality of Matoto to follow the recommendations of the national sanitation and public health agency and to set a good example. My goal is to make the municipality of Matoto the cleanest municipality,” wishes the president of the special Matoto delegation.
