After 13 years at the head of the Board of Directors, Heinz Fluckiger decided not to extend his mandate. Bruno Glausmember of the board of directors and responsible for legal aspects since 2012, also announced his departure on the same date.
Two new members were proposed to shareholders during the General Meeting and were unanimously accepted. It is François Besençon And Curdin Janett.

François Besençon as a member of the Board of Directors. François has been active in the world of communication for more than 25 years. He is a member of various Boards of Directors (President and investor at SAWI, President of the Maison de la Communication, member of the Board of Directors of Agefi, Vice-President of COFEM/EMEK (Eidgenössische Medienkommission), Vice-President of KS (Kommunikation Schweiz),
etc.

Curdin Janett as a member of the Board of Directors. Curdin was notably CEO of Publicis from 2010 to 2016, Advertiser of the Year 2015, member of the Board of Directors of GfM and LSA, he benefits from an excellent network in the world of communication/digital agencies, and has good experience on the agency board (Hinderling Volkart – digital agency sold to Dept, Inhalt&Form – agency
communication), etc.

Chris Fluckiger, founder and current CEO of the agency, takes over the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
