A major issue for the association. The Restos du Cœur launch their 3rd collection in the Haute-Garonne department October 4, 5 and 6, 2024.
In order to strengthen its teams who will help the most deprived during the winter period, the association created by Coluche is looking for volunteers throughout the department to maintain all of its stores and warehouses.
Restos du Cœur needs volunteers
The Restos du Cœur are launching a call for volunteers. Are you students, retired, active, etc.? Your presence is sought in order to participate in this great solidarity action consisting of collecting “the most non-perishable food products in small packages (canned foods, soups, pasta, rice, accounts, etc.)”.
To enable the Restos du Cœur to organize themselves, you can register now on the site provided for this purpose, in order to become a volunteer for a few hours, a day or even the whole weekend, depending on your availability, in the hundred participating stores in Haute-Garonne.
The two previous departmental collections had been crowned with success. 113 tonnes of food products were collected in 2022 and 153 tonnes in 2023. A strong outpouring of generosity, also expected for this 2024 collection.
