- Decadent cabaret – Cirque Électrique 75020 Paris – November 15 and 16
Dinner-show formula prohibited for under 17s – 17 to 48 €
In an atmosphere of sulfur and sweat, nightclub hammam, vapors and black smoke, tongues loosen, speakeasy, bodies liquefy, dirty and saturated techno, a disco ball in the stomach, catch your breath, the vice is at your doorstep. Power, lust, money, poisons of a damned age. Violence, fire, boiling metal, venom from the bowels of a dying and corrupt society, Marvel characters with too much makeup. Standing dance, kneeling cry, barking dogs, tap dancing on cans, central atomic podium, electro-vice, tacatacatacatac, blocked politics, poetic declamations. Vulgar circus and poor man’s cabaret: the ball of the lost. Cursed people, deviants, monsters and glitter, messy party, voodoo mass, no mass, just wine, games, I am sensual, torrida, an electric ladyland, insolent electric freedom. See you later.
- Juggling show and circus film – Salle André Malraux 93140 Bondy – November 15
Juggling and object theater – €4 to €10
A scene which symbolizes a cramped interior, a few boards, a table, stools. Balls, sometimes juggling objects, playmates and imaginary characters, populate every corner of the furniture… A lone man, a bit of a mutt, gets his feet caught in the folds of life, falls and gets up… falls and gets up again. Little by little, he opens the drawers of his inner world to let us hear the noise inside. Behind this juggling and burlesque show, funny and touching, of high technicality, hides a solitude which will reveal itself gradually through the challenges and exploits encountered. Playing to survive, inventing somewhere else.
