Canadian artistic swimmers won the silver medal in the team free program on Saturday at the World Cup in Paris.
Sydney Carroll, Scarlett Finn, Audrey Lamothe, Jonnie Newman, Kenzie Priddell, Claire Scheffel, Jacqueline Simoneau and Florence Tremblay obtained 297.5853 points to finish on the second step of the podium.
It was the Japanese who won gold with 323.3207 points. The Kazakhs, for their part, deserved bronze (253.6353).

Another medal for Simoneau and Lamothe
After their technical duo podium on Friday, the two Quebecers returned to the third step of the podium at the end of the free duo a little earlier on Saturday.
Simoneau and Lamothe accumulated 238.2876 points in the test event at the Paris Olympic Games. Austrians Anna-Maria and Elrini-Marina Alexandri won gold (265.9646), while Ukrainians Maryna and Vladyslava Aleksiiva received silver (243.9354).
The bronze medalists will join Scarlett Finn, Jonnie Newman, Raphaëlle Plante, Kenzie Priddell, Claire Scheffel and Florence Tremblay for the team free program, scheduled for later on Saturday.
