Pierre Hermé diversifies his activity. Already the owner of around twenty stores in Paris, the best pastry chef in the world in 2016 has just launched his very first store solely dedicated to the world of chocolate.
A store that immerses you in the world of chocolate
This boutique, located at 23 boulevard des Capucins in the 2nd arrondissement, is an achievement for the chef born in Colmar (Haut-Rhin). “Pierre Hermé owes his greatest creations to chocolate. Opening a store entirely dedicated to this captivating ingredient was therefore obvious,” explains the press release.
On site, the curious will be able to discover a store designed by architects Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku who decided to create “an immersive universe” including brown walls to completely immerse yourself in the world of chocolate. “This box dedicated to chocolate was close to my heart. Nothing has been left to chance, chocolate is everywhere. The polymorphic walls recall the nuances of colors and textures, the materials, the know-how of the chocolatier,” rejoices Pierre Hermé.
Chocolate bars, marshmallow flowers, tailor-made box…in this place, visitors will be able to discover all the great successes of the pastry chef who have made him famous throughout the world.
“Infiniment chocolat”, Pierre Hermé’s new boutique is located at 23 boulevard des Capucins (Paris, 2nd).
It is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
