The city of Cherbourg and the Cotentin conurbation suffer a computer outage

Since Tuesday April 30, 2024a computer failure affects messaging as well as certain software and standards for services in the city of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin (Manche) and the Cotentin metropolitan area.
