It was shortly after 7 p.m., Thursday May 2, 2024 in Garges-lès-Gonesse (Val-d’Oise) when a car stopped in front of the Large station pharmacy, rue Edgard-Degas. Two men get out and take a third individual out of the vehicle, losing a lot of bloodwhich they left in front of the pharmacy before getting back into the car and fleeing.

Stabbed twice

Quickly, the victim who presents two stab woundswith a shoulder blade and a hand, was taken care of while emergency services were alerted.

The firefighters and a medic from Samu 95 provided first aid to the thirty-year-old who was evacuated in absolute emergency to the Pitié Salpêtrière hospital center, in Paris. However, his vital prognosis was not in jeopardy.

The victim remains silent

Heard by the police before his transport, the man preferred to remain silent giving no information on the identity of his attackers and on the circumstances of his attack.

While the case was entrusted to the Sarcelles police station, the investigators did not have, on Thursday evening, any information on the two individuals who dropped off the victim, as the location was not equipped with a video surveillance camera. The police were therefore supposed to launch a neighborhood investigation in order to try to find out more about these suspects and proceed to a new interrogation of the victim once his state of health allows it.
