A public inquiry, prior to the project declaration relating to the urban renewal project of the Valibout district, in Plaisir, was opened by the agglomeration community of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, competent in the matter. She presents to the public the environmental assessment of the project from Monday, April 22, at 2 p.m., and until Saturday, May 25, at 12 p.m. Classified as a priority district for city policy (QPV), the Valibout district is the subject of an urban renewal project. The latter is subject to environmental assessment.

To conduct this public inquiry, Christian Lamarche was appointed as investigating commissioner and Bruno Foucher as alternate investigating commissioner. The public inquiry file was submitted in paper form and made available to the public for the duration of the public inquiry at the Plaisir town hall (2, rue de la République) on the usual days and hours of opening to the public. , but also at the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines town hall (1, rue Eugène Hénaff, ZA du Buisson de la Couldre in Trappes), on the usual days and hours open to the public, or at the Maison des famille La Mosaïque, in Plaisir (98, avenue François Mitterrand), on the usual days and hours of opening to the public.

The public inquiry file in digital version can also be consulted on the same dates on a computer station located at the Plaisir town hall. The investigation file is also available during the public inquiry on the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines website and on the registernumerique.fr/renouvellement-urbain-valibout website.

Each person can read the public inquiry file, and possibly record their observations in the inquiry registers. A paper register is made available to the public for the duration of the public inquiry on the same premises. In addition, a dematerialized register is also made available to the public throughout the duration of the public inquiry. Thus, the public will be able to submit their observations and proposals on said dematerialized register at the following address: [email protected]. Written observations can also be sent to the investigating commissioner (Communauté d’agglomération de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines – Department of Housing and Urban Renovation – Valibout public inquiry – 1, rue Eugène Hénaff – BP 10118 – 78192 Cedex Hatches).

Furthermore, the investigating commissioner will receive the public at the Maison des Familles La Mosaïque de Plaisir (Wednesday May 15, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and at the Plaisir town hall (Saturday May 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.). At the end of the investigation period, the registers will be transmitted to the investigating commissioner who will submit his report. The report and conclusions will be made available to the public, for one year, at the Plaisir town hall and at the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines headquarters as well as on the Plaisir and Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines websites. At the end of the procedure, the project declaration relating to the urban renewal project of the Valibout district in Plaisir will be approved by deliberation of the community council of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
