They are all the rage in Strasbourg, Bordeaux and even Lyon. Each time around a hundred people participate. Now, it is in Centre-Val de Loire that the Parisian evenings organized by the events company Chérie Chéri are taking place.
With a launch party planned for this Thursday, May 2 at the Blend & Shaker bar (3 avenue Grammont in Tours), the new local organization Chérie Chéri Val de Loire aims to promote chic and elegance in the setting up of evenings socialites in the towns of Tours, Orléans, and soon in Blois.
The principle ? Meet people and maintain your network (friendly and/or professional) in a festive and glamorous setting and atmosphere. “You can come alone, with friends, colleagues or even clients!”announces Thomas Moysan, evening coordinator.
For each reception organized, activities are scheduled such as showcases, dances, etc. As for the first this Thursday, participants will be able to enjoy an “open bubble” offering to taste good Vouvray until 10:30 p.m., a cocktail dinner and, for entertainment, a DJ set until 1:30 a.m.!
Registrations close this Wednesday, May 1st in the evening. To participate, you must purchase your ticket at the Chérie Chéri ticket office. Count 55€ or 80€ for the “full price”. More expensive entries are offered for participants wishing “VIP” privileges.
Please note: even if anyone can register, the Chérie Chéri Val de Loire organization makes a point of moderating participants. This is what Thomas Moysan explains: “We check that these are people who correspond to our values, caring, who will play the game of elegance. We want to create a community that is ‘safe’.”
Created 17 years ago by Marie Garreau, the Chérie Chéri agency organizes around ten events every month throughout France. It even extends on a global scale with receptions in Shanghai or New York.
To further consolidate its community, the company created, in early 2024, a dating and event promotion application (using its name) and accessible by subscription.
For her arrival in Center-Val de Loire, Chérie Chéri begins her installation in the city centers of Tours and Orléans “to bring a community together and raise awareness of the concept”. In the future, the organizers plan to organize future receptions in the castles of the Loire.
