Ardéchois have until May 21 to complete their tax return on paper and until May 23 on the Internet.

Let’s go for the 2023 tax return! The departmental director of public finances of Ardèche, Nathalie Corradi, presented the progress of the declaration campaign which has started. The people of Ardéchois have until Thursday, May 23 at 11:59 p.m. to make their declaration on the Internet and until Tuesday, May 21 at 11:59 p.m. for paper declarations (the postmark being taken as proof). The tax notice, indicating what you will have to pay, will arrive this summer, between July 24 and August 29, on your Internet space or in paper version depending on your declaration method. Last year, 120,978 Ardèche households made their declaration online, 51,408 benefited from automatic declaration and 27,247 made a paper declaration.

New in 2024

This year, what’s new is that we can now make our declaration on smartphones and tablets for simple situations. This should in particular make it possible to reduce the number of paper declarations, including in white areas.

Other new features: the collection of income from the collaborative economy, the improvement of the declaration process for self-employed workers and the development of the process for managing their real estate. For this last point, a declaration is obligatory only in the event of a change of occupation in 2023 or omission of declaration last year.
