“Smart” lights and green lanes will streamline traffic on Avenue de Chanzy, in Laval

Work to install “smart” traffic lights should begin at the end of April 2024 and last until this fall, avenue de Chanzy, in Laval (Mayenne). A smooth and secure path for bicycles and pedestrians will also be put in place, on the section between Boulevard de l’Industrie and Rue Saint-Melaine, by fall 2024.

The work is scheduled to begin Monday April 29 and end in the fall of 2024. To secure soft mobility (pedestrians and cyclists) and facilitate travel on avenue de Chanzy in Laval (Mayenne), Laval agglomeration and the City of Laval are beginning the first phase development on the section between the two intersections of Boulevard de l’Industrie and Rue Saint-Melaine.
