The first two minors were to be brought before a magistrate this Tuesday afternoon. During his hearing before investigators, the rider admitted the facts but said he did not know who owned the 50 cc motorcycle.
The police headquarters, which revealed this arrest, reminds X that urban rodeos are punishable by one year of imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros.
