“Considering the risks of serious disturbances to order, safety, security and public health that the holding of such a gathering would present”the prefect of Aveyron banned “any rave-party, free-party or teknival type gathering throughout the Aveyron department, until Friday May 31.”
“The circulation of motor vehicles transporting sound equipment in connection with the aforementioned festive events is also prohibited, during this period and throughout the department”specifies the decree which recalls that “any offense is punishable by the sanctions provided for in article R.211-27 of the internal security code and may result in the seizure of the material with a view to its confiscation by the court.”
