EURO 2024

You wanted to go support the Blues at the Euro, but you missed the boat? Supporters of the French team, know that you may still have one last opportunity to acquire one of the precious tickets to attend the European Championship, organized in Germany, from June 14 to July 14. But, to get a place, you will need a little patience and above all a lot of… luck.

Due to the incredible popular fervour, the tickets available during the general sale on the UEFA ticket office have all found takers. Likewise for the contingent of 28,500 places allocated to the French Federation (FFF) for the three group matches against Austria (June 17, 9 p.m., in Düsseldorf), the Netherlands (June 21, 9 p.m., in Leipzig ) and Poland (June 25, 6 p.m., in Dortmund). It was all gone in less than three hours. A nice feat compared to Euro 2021, where “all the tickets reserved for were sold out in two days”according to the “3F”.

A resale session “early May”

A raid on the squares which left many people unhappy. Maybe you. But, rest assured, since UEFA will reopen “may’s beginning” its resale platform, the only one authorized to fight against invalid and fraudulent tickets. During this session, presented as “the last resale window”, “you will be able to purchase the tickets offered for resale, as well as all other remaining tickets”details the European body, recalling “the principle of first come, first served.”

“It is expected that the number of tickets put on sale (…) will be very low. This is why UEFA will publish other tickets as part of the last minute ticket sale which will begin at the same time”indicates the organization affiliated with Fifa, specifying that, during the session which took place in March, “only 39,398 tickets were offered for resale”, “the lowest total ever recorded” all Euros combined.

If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t lose hope. Other places reserved for the elimination phase matches “will be sold during the tournament as soon as the teams qualify for the respective matches”. Understand, for the Blues, that these new sales periods will only open if they advance in the competition. You will therefore have to cross your fingers that they go as far as possible in this Euro.
