The products were sold between Sunday April 3 and April 10 in Intermarché stores in and Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

Vigilance is required for fans of this famous brand of beer. A massive recall of 1664 white beer from the Kronenbourg brand has been launched by the government website since Thursday April 18. This concerns packs of 12 25 cl bottles only.

Indeed, these beers are suspected of chemical contamination. A check revealed the accidental presence of Ethylene Glycol in the beer, that is to say antifreeze! You should definitely not drink them. If consumed, symptoms that may appear include nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness and vomiting. The product is unfit for consumption.

The batches concerned were distributed to Intermarché stores in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie regions. The detailed list of stores is on the Rappel conso website. This concerns batches L087N1100 to L087N1500 (visible on the top of the pack and on the bottle). They must be reported before June 10.
