Gérard Depardieu indicted for rape in Paris, his new offensive before the courts

Gérard Depardieu, against whom a trial for rape is required, is contesting elements of the investigation targeting him before the Paris Court of Appeal, sources close to the case said on Wednesday January 15, 2025. Gérard Depardieu also ordered the magistrate responsible for investigating the rapes of Charlotte Arnould to seize these rushes to decide, among other things, on the authenticity of the montage.
