Fans can mark the meeting in their calendar. The 2025 edition of the Paulée des vins de Loire will be offered on Sunday March 30, in Chartres. Place Billard will host the traditional Loire appellation winegrowers’ market, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A gourmet and oenological event set up by the Jallerat family, at the head of the Grand Monarque, in connection with the free commune of Saint-Brice. Last year, nearly 40 winegrowers from different sectors linked to the Loire (Anjou, Bourgueil, Chinon, Côte Roannaise, etc.) participated.

As an extension of this market, the traditional Paulée des vins de Loire dinner will be held at the Le Grand Monarque hotel in Chartres. Like every year, since 1983, a renowned chef comes to compose the meal, the course of which aims for perfect pairings between the dishes and the most beautiful bottles of the year with the Loire appellations.
After Emmanuel Renaut, three-star chef and best worker in France, last year, the guest of honor for this 2025 edition will be Alexandre Gauthier, from the Grenouillère restaurant, in La Madelaine-sous-Montreuil (Pas-de-Calais). ). Double Michelin-starred chef, Alexandre Gauthier took over the family restaurant in 2003. But the establishment has been under reconstruction since November 2023 and the floods observed in Pas-de-Calais.
