Currently, the room is rented by the company S-Pass, from the Fimalac group, the leading network of rooms in France (23 rooms including six Zénith, two Arena). S-Pass also applied for the competition for Pin galant in Mérignac (a first in the history of the Mérignac venue). The result will be known in February, during the municipal council vote.
